NYC Baby!

Sorry its been forever since I've blogged... I have been so busy with working and then the holidays that I just haven't had time to sit down and do this. But I am now.

In October, I went and visited my friend Jon in State College, PA, and then we were off to New York for 4 days. We had so much fun. Well I did at least. Jon hates the city... he's a small town boy at heart.

The Miracle on 34th St... I don't know if it really was. I was excited when I saw 34th but I would have been more excited for the Dunkin Donuts that I was searching for.

At Rockefeller Plaza... This picture actually turned out pretty good. Jon's not a half bad photographer. Of course, that pink sweater I wore was all over his nice grey shirt. See I don't know how to walk in a straight line, and I kept running into him and the sweater was rubbing off. It was kind of funny to see the line of pink fuss on a 6'2" guy.

This was like my favorite place in New York. Weird huh? Its outside. But this was an area of Central Park. I loved it. Jon and I spent like 2 and a half hours in the park. Funny part is that we were looking for the zoo, but didn't find it until they were closed. It made for a funny story.

After 2 hours of the park... we were looking for some fine dining. And Applebee's is what we found. No really, I had a gift card.

Last day in NYC, I braved the subway by myself. We stayed in Queens and had to take the subway into the city. We had a blast on our much needed vacation.
